PNG@LeoPalace Learning Center is locally owned and it's first location in the heart of Tamuning has operated for over 20 years--providing quality child development programs for infants through school age children. We are licensed by the Bureau of Social Services Administration, an arm of the Department of Public Health and Social Services. Our curricula are engaging and stimulating age as well as developmentally appropriate activities. Research show that activities like these learned at an early age help children become confident, competent life-long learners.

As a director of PNG@LeoPalace, Maureen has a heart of gold. She ensures our children experience the true meaning of being a child. Learning through play and exploration is her key to FUN.

A part of PNG Inc. for ten years, she's been able to dedicate herself to the business and craft of the child care industry. Being under Estela's wing, she's been able to attain a closet full of hats which make her a cameleon in our team.
Our Team
Our team are highly trained individuals and all certified in Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED. Certfied/degreed in early childhood and/or elementary education. Come and meet with Jessica Dydasco (preschool teacher), Fusae Nobuo (toddler teacher), Analiza Elgarico (infant caregiver), and Ruby-lyn Felisan (preschool teacher). Each and everyone of our team members are capable of working with all age-groups making our staff very versatile.
